Terms & Conditions — icuci Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and icuci (the "Platform", "Company", "Operator", "We", "Us", "Our") governing all access to and use of the website located at https://icuci.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, tools, data feeds, or services (collectively, the "Services").

icuci is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under international gaming licensing and is designed to serve players in Malaysia and other jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. The platform offers live casino games, slot games, sports betting, live football in-play wagering, lottery, arcade games, and other entertainment products (collectively, "Gaming Products").

By completing account registration on icuci, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You accept full responsibility for verifying the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on icuci, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of account membership:

• Age Requirement: The User must be at least 21 years of age. icuci strictly prohibits access to and use of all Gaming Products by any person under the age of 21. Proof of age may be requested at any time and is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Legal Capacity: The User must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence and must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prevent them from doing so.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: The User must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of icuci is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on icuci. Duplicate accounts, whether held in the same name, the same payment method, the same IP address, or the same device, are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and potential forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Account Use: Accounts must be opened and operated solely by the registered account holder. Use of an Account on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your Account, is a material breach of these Terms.
• Professional Player Restriction: icuci reserves the right to refuse registration or close accounts of professional gamblers, affiliates acting outside their programme scope, or individuals who have been identified as engaging in advantage play in a manner deemed abusive of platform promotions.

Account registration on icuci requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and a valid email address. The information provided at registration must match the documents subsequently submitted during the KYC process.

Upon successful registration, the User is responsible for:

• Password Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and not disclosing it to any third party under any circumstances. icuci will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Account Monitoring: Monitoring their Account for any unauthorised transactions or suspicious activity and notifying icuci support immediately upon discovery of any such activity.
• Contact Information: Keeping all registered contact information — including email address and residential address — current and accurate throughout the duration of membership.
• Device Security: Ensuring that all devices used to access icuci are protected by appropriate security measures, including up-to-date antivirus software and screen lock mechanisms.

icuci will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was the result of the User's failure to maintain adequate account security, except where such failure was caused by icuci's own negligence or system vulnerability.

icuci is required under its international gaming licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all account holders prior to the processing of withdrawals and, where applicable, on accounts exhibiting unusual deposit or wagering patterns. KYC verification is also mandatory where an account holder's age cannot be confirmed through automated means.

The standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, colour scan or photograph of a valid, government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Malaysian passport, or driver's licence. The document must be current (not expired) and must clearly display the holder's full name, date of birth, and photo.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (electricity, water, or telecommunications), bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, displaying the Account holder's full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, evidence of the payment method used to fund the Account — for example, a bank statement confirming the account holder's name and account number for FPX-linked bank accounts, or a screenshot of the registered eWallet profile for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay.

icuci reserves the right to request additional documentation where circumstances warrant and to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Refusal to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

icuci supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Online Banking), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms.
• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Most DuitNow and FPX deposits are credited near-instantaneously during banking hours.
• icuci does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges, for which icuci accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the Account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. New withdrawal methods may require additional verification.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to first processing.
• icuci targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers, though processing times may vary due to factors outside icuci's direct control, including banking system maintenance windows.
• Accounts with active Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible to process withdrawals of those Bonus Funds. Real-money balances attributable to non-bonus deposits remain withdrawable at any time subject to KYC completion.
• icuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence prior to processing withdrawal requests above MYR 10,000 in value.

icuci offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion concerned.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When a User has an active Bonus balance, the maximum permitted bet per single game round or sports selection is MYR 250 unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward clearing a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (including Live Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate of 10%–20%. Specific game exclusions and contribution rates will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotional bonuses have a validity period stated in their specific terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry date will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a User's Account at any given time unless icuci expressly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Promotional Abuse: icuci reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses, using coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or misrepresenting eligibility criteria.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses may impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.

All casino games offered on icuci — including slot games, live dealer tables, and arcade products — operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are statistically random and are not influenced by the Platform, the game provider, or any external party. icuci does not represent that any particular outcome, return to player percentage, or winning pattern will materialise during any individual session.

All sports betting markets, including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Champions League, UEFA Europa League), UFC, basketball (NBA), and esports, are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are accepted subject to icuci's applicable odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance and reflect market conditions at the time of offer.
• Bets accepted by icuci are final and binding. icuci does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the User.
• In the event of a void market, event cancellation, or abandoned fixture, icuci's standard voiding rules apply and any stakes placed on void outcomes will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
• icuci reserves the right to limit bet stakes, restrict markets, or refuse bet placement at its absolute discretion, including in relation to accounts displaying unusual wagering patterns.
• In-play (live) betting is offered subject to availability and may be suspended during certain match phases, including VAR reviews, injury stoppages, or data feed interruptions. Bets accepted during live play prior to suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is voided.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from technical errors, platform malfunctions, or exploited software vulnerabilities is void, and icuci reserves the right to recover any amounts paid as a result of such bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the icuci platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in the same name or using different identities;
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or Account;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, circumvent game mechanics, or extract an unfair advantage from any Gaming Product;
• Engaging in coordinated play with other Users for the purpose of exploiting promotions or bonus structures;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void;
• Attempting to access, probe, or attack icuci's systems, servers, databases, or security infrastructure;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of corrupt wagering practice;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment and wagering.

icuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure by the User to meet or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Regulatory direction or instruction from applicable licensing authorities;
• Discovery that the User is a resident of or accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Voluntary account closure requested by the User, including Self-Exclusion requests under the responsible gambling framework.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, any Account Balance attributable to real-money deposits (net of any amounts derived from fraudulent activity) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct are not eligible for return.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, icuci's total liability to any User — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the platform and Services shall not exceed the aggregate real-money deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

icuci expressly excludes liability for the following:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or service outages caused by circumstances beyond icuci's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Any losses attributable to the User's failure to maintain adequate account security or to comply with these Terms;
• Variations in odds, market suspensions, or event voidings that adversely affect placed bets;
• The accuracy or completeness of any information, statistics, or data published on third-party sports data feeds integrated into the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit icuci's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the icuci platform — including but not limited to the icuci brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, data structures, and multimedia content — is the exclusive property of icuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and database right protections.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Users to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;
• Use the icuci brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any external website or application.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data by icuci is governed by the icuci Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on the platform, Users consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

icuci collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary for the operation of the platform, fulfilment of KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, processing of payments, provision of customer support, and delivery of promotional communications (where the User has not opted out). icuci does not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which icuci's operating licence is held, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a User and icuci, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally in the first instance by contacting icuci's support team. Where informal resolution is not achievable within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised in writing, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body selected by icuci.

Malaysian users acknowledge that their use of the platform may be subject to Malaysian laws and regulations and that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their gambling activities comply with applicable local law. icuci makes no representation that the Services are appropriate for use by residents of any particular jurisdiction.

icuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice, in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality, or business circumstances.

Revised Terms will be published on the icuci website at https://icuci.cam/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, icuci will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or via an on-screen notification upon their next login.

Continued use of the icuci platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. If a User does not agree to revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may close their Account by contacting the support team.
